However, in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied and need to return a product, please review the following guidelines.

How Does the Return Process Work?

We will arrange a pickup for the product you wish to return.

Products are eligible for return only if:

• They were received in a damaged condition
• The product cannot be authenticated using the security seal/code
• The product is sealed and unopened

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Products that have been opened or have a broken seal
• Cases where the taste or smell does not meet personal preference

Steps to Initiate a Return:

1. Go to the “My Orders” section on our website.
2. Select the product you want to return and provide:
   
   • Your contact number & address
   • Preferred return pickup slot
   • Reason for return
3. Send a video or photo showing the defect or issue on WhatsApp.
4. Our customer care team will contact you for further assistance.

If the product was purchased under an offer, the freebie must also be returned to process the return.

When Can I Return the Product?

You may return a product within 48 hours of receiving it if:
✔ The seal is intact, and the packaging is unopened
✔ The product was delivered in a damaged condition
✔ You are unable to authenticate the product using the security seal/code

🔴 Non-returnable items:

• Opened or used products
• Products with broken seals

Can I Swap the Product?

❌ No, product swaps are not allowed.

Do I Have to Pay Return Fees?

✔ No return fees apply.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

• Once the return pickup is completed, we will process the refund within 7 days.
• The refund will be credited to your bank account, credit card, or original payment method within 5 working days after processing.

How Many Days Do I Have to Return My Product?

You have 2 days (48 hours) from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
